Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by the Customer

  1. Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at inspiritstore.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 72180 55563. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  2. After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on how to return the product after receiving it.

Order Cancellation by Inspirit Store

We reserve the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of the product.
  • Errors in product pricing or description.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

  2. Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and ensure delivery. If not, we will issue a refund. 

Refund Process

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

Currently we do not offer return, we offer exchange if the size does not fit you. We will make sure you are satisfied in terms of the size.
